Mr. Pavan Kota is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has personally overseen the delivery of U.S. Dollar 320 Million in Return on Investments, to clients across 6 countries over three continents.
Mr. Pavan plays multiple roles:
- Founder and Executive President of the LASSIB Society
- Chairman and Managing Director of KINDUZ Consulting, an Indian Multinational Consulting firm with presence in 6 countries, with its headquarters in Hyderabad, India
Mr. Pavan Kota has extensive experience in the field of Management Consulting, working in the past with the TATA Group, Lionbridge, Capgemini and consulting with clients in the Germany, U. S. A., India, U.K. and Singapore.
He has presented his ideas around ‘Organizational Excellence’ and ‘ Process Management’ in multiple International Conferences and continues to share his knowledge and experiences around the world.
Mr. Pavan Kota completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Masters of Science (MS) in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Science and Technology (BITS) and Bachelors of Technology (B. Tech)in Engineering and Mining Machinery from Indian School of Mines (ISM).
He is also a Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ISO 20000 Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Assessor – European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and Certified External & Internal Assessor for TATA Business Excellence Model (based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award).
